We guarantee an exchange, replacement or a refund (less the shipping and
handling charges).
To request authorization to return, exchange or replace any item, simply
contact customer service at email: mcjinc@hotmail.com.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be emailed to you.
Please mark all cartons returned with the RMA number.
Product must be returned via insured mail in the original packaging
within 30 days.
Buyer pays return shipping and insurance.
Please specify whether you want an exchange, replacement or refund.

When we receive the returned item, we will credit your account within 24
hours for the item sale amount (less shipping and handling charges).
Merchandise returned without an RMA clearly marked on the outside of the
shipping carton, or after the 30 day time period provided for shipment of
returned items has expired, will not be accepted by MCJ, INC. and returned at
the senders expense.
No cash refunds will be made on credit card purchases.
If we feel that the return policy is being abused we reserve the right
to refuse any exchange, credit or refund.
